Priyanka Rao

Priyanka Rao is a social impact strategist and advisor with experience supporting mission-driven organizations at the intersection of innovation, equity, and systems change. Her work focuses on helping organizations translate ambitious visions into clear strategies, sound structures, and sustainable programs.

She has worked across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors in management consulting, entrepreneurship, and international development, with experience spanning healthcare, education, economic development, and climate-related initiatives in the U.S., Asia, and Africa. Priyanka previously served as the founding Principal of FHI Ventures, the social impact investing arm of global nonprofit FHI 360, where she supported the design and launch of early-stage initiatives and advised senior leadership on innovation and private-sector engagement.

Earlier in her career, she worked in management consulting with government, nonprofit, and Fortune 50 corporate clients, and has advised early-stage ventures and mission-driven teams on strategy, partnerships, and organizational design.
