Storyteller, explorer and ocean lover. Anshu is a journalist, passionate about bringing unique tales to life, giving credence to facts, and cutting through disinformation/misinformation. She gives a voice to causes that can’t speak for themselves, believing that context is key to skillful storytelling. Through her global reporting, Anshu has covered politics, international relations, climate change, natural disasters, and China.

An avid traveler, she appreciates diverse perspectives and cultures, which has shaped her work. Her focus is on preserving our colorful, diverse planet by presenting news and visual stories centered on climate solutions. She’s most passionate about ocean conservation. Anshu graduated from City St George’s, University of London with an MA in Television Journalism. She’s worked for foreign bureaus in Washington D.C. and Sydney, including Sky News, SBS News, and CGTN America. Anshu loves swimming with marine life, city-hopping and exploring the Earth’s natural beauty. And is a complete dog-lover.
